So if your Himoriwabi piece doesn’t fit quite the way you hoped, we’re more than happy to help you exchange it.
1. Exchange Window
You may request a size exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition for Exchanges
To keep the process smooth and fair for all customers:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must remain attached
• Original packaging should be included
Sleepwear is intimate — so we can only exchange pieces that are returned in new, pristine condition.
3. How to Request a Size Exchange
Email us at cs@himoriwabicouture.com with:
• Your order number
• The size you received
• The size you would like to exchange to
Our team will respond with the return address and next steps.
4. Exchange Availability
All exchanges depend on stock availability.
If your preferred size is sold out, you may:
• Choose another colour or design of equal value, OR
• Receive store credit for the full amount (usable for any future release)
5. Shipping Costs
• Customers cover the shipping cost to return the item to us.
• We cover the cost of shipping your exchange back to you.
This keeps the process simple and affordable while ensuring fair treatment for all customers.
6. What Happens After You Send the Item Back?
Once we receive your return:
1. Our team will inspect the item
2. If approved, your new size will be shipped out
3. You will receive updated tracking information by email

1. Our Refund Commitment
• Full refund as store credit:
Should you wish to request a refund, we will gladly issue a full refund in the form of Himoriwabi Couture store credit. This store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our site. Please note that cash or original payment refunds are not available; all refunds are provided strictly as store credit.
• Timeframe:
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition:
Garments must be returned in unused, unwashed condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
2. How to Request a Refund
1. Email our customer support team at cs@himoriwabicouture.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for sending the item back. Customers cover the shipping cost to return the item to us, but this can be covered with store credit as well.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued promptly.
